How it works

From a good experience to a convincing customer story.

Collect honest feedback, choose the right voices and show them in your own design. Here is how the three steps work in TrustBento.

01

Give customers an easy way to share.

Use a review link, a QR code in your shop or an invitation after a verified order. Customers can submit without an account, on a phone or desktop.

  1. 1Activate your company profile and set up your branded invitation.
  2. 2Share the link or QR code, or connect your shop for eligible purchase invitations.
  3. 3Customers add stars, text, up to five photos, video or audio.

Less friction for customers. One collection workflow for online shops, services and local businesses.

02

Turn individual voices into your own wall.

Combine your own published reviews with authorized external content. Choose a design, then refine typography, card widths, columns and colors in the live preview.

  1. 1Choose reviews and assign useful topics to customer stories.
  2. 2Try masonry, Bento, a classic card grid or a carousel.
  3. 3Adjust the design for your brand and check the mobile preview.

A coherent presentation without rebuilding your website. Keep the public company profile separate from your curated selection.

03

Show trust where customers decide.

Place your wall on a landing page, product category or contact page. A compact rating widget also works beside important calls to action.

  1. 1Publish your wall and configure the allowed website domains.
  2. 2Use WordPress, TYPO3 or the native JavaScript web component.
  3. 3For custom apps, read the public wall data through the API.

One maintained wall across multiple pages. Your public embeds update from the saved settings.

Review, testimonial or User Story — what is the difference?

Review

An assessment of an experience, usually stars plus a short text. It can also contain photos, audio or video, and it can be positive or critical.

Testimonial

A customer statement that you select as a reference for your marketing. It may come from a review, an interview or a customer video.

Customer story / User Story

A more detailed experience: the starting point, how a customer used your offer and what changed. In TrustBento, topics help organize these stories.

The same contribution can be all three. The format does not change its rating or verification. A curated wall is always labeled as a selection; the public profile includes all eligible published native reviews.

Trust needs more than a good design.

Hosted in Germany

TrustBento runs on German servers. Uploaded originals stay private; only approved, optimized media are served in your widgets.

Tools for a GDPR-oriented workflow

Documented publication permissions, unsubscribe options, data exports and deletion workflows help you handle customer feedback responsibly.

Controlled access for your team

Separate organizations, clear roles, two-factor authentication and passkeys protect access. Sources are connected through authorized channels.
